This photography blog was created by me Steven Ashby, as a way to share my passion for photography and travel with others. With both my Mum and Dad traveling at a young age around the world to finally meet each other in Australia, I suppose it was only a matter of time before the travel bug caught up with me. Once I had finished my qualifications in Australia I immediately set out to see the world and to learn as much as I could about life and other cultures. The experiences and life lessons learnt along the way are some of the most valuable moments in any traveler’s life. Whether hard times or good times something positive can always be taken away and shared with others to create a better way of life for all.

Really pleased and happy to hear about your career change. Stick at it, as it will be personally rewarding and stimulating. As a former journo though, don’t expect too many financial rewards!!
But there may be a few empty pages in Symmetry sometime for a Steven Ashby story and pics. Must have a Subaru angle though!!!
